GREATER HAMPTON 50/50 RAFFLE RULES
1. Once registered, the new member will be a member of the Greater Hampton 50/50 Raffle. This membership continues until one of the following occurs.
a. The death of a member will automatically withdraw them from the raffle.
b. Any member that has been non-active for 52 consecutive weeks will be terminated from the raffle.
2. The draw will take place weekly Thursdays, 4:00pm, at the Hampton Community Centre complex.
3. Any member wishing to witness the draw is welcome.
4. To be eligible to win, the member must have paid the $2.00 ticket fee for that week.
5. The cut off time to purchase tickets is 12:00 noon on Thursdays.
6. If the winning number of a draw belongs to a member who has not paid the weekly $2.00, the amount will then be added to the next weekly draw.
7. The amount to be won each week is equal to half of the raffle proceeds for that week plus any winnings not awarded from the previous week.
8. In case of a dispute, the official dated receipt with the Greater Hampton 50/50 logo will be accepted as proof of account paid.
9. Information to public concerning the Greater Hampton 50/50 to be included on the tickets:
The Greater Hampton 50/50 weekly draws will take place at the Hampton Community Centre every Thursday at 4pm. Winnings will be paid by cheque in the exact name provided in the registration. Winnings must be picked up at the Hampton Community Centre complex during business hours. Photo ID is required. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the Jackpot Prize Winner. Winnings unclaimed after 90 days may be placed in a special draw or added back to the pot at the discretion of the Greater Hampton 50/50 organizers.
